October's motorcycle and quad sales did not maintain the upward trendof the previous three months and fell to 1687 – 1404 motorcycles and283 quads against 1518/371 in September.

Motorcycle sales for the first 10 months of 2009 are 26 percent down on2008. Quad sales fell 46 percent to take the overall market down 30.9percent.

Despite market conditions, there will be an Amid Expo in2010. The venue will be Zwartkop Raceway from Friday, April 30 throughSunday, May 2 with demo rides on the circuit and 4x4 track and demoracing of karts, motards, mini-motos and other toys for kids of allages on the kart track.
