Of late not only am I loosing mind but eye sight aswell

Age sucks, I got my first ever perscription glasses a while back.
It's the far that a problem not the near. Sign boards and number plates and things in the distance
are just a blur

So my question is do I need to get contacts for riding or can I wear my glasses inside my helmet
and be like geriatric :growl:

I do both.
During the week I wear contacts with dark glasses, and
weekends usually just my prescription glasses..I have
had no issues.

I see Alzheimer is getting to you too :spiteful:

And is it comfortable with glasses?

As long as they have straight ear pieces that slide under the padding, then they fine.
Some dark glasses are a problem though.

My optomitrist says -7 is ideal for the op, but its also not permanent because you eyes
still deteriorate with age. Mine are only -2.25 so I dont qualify. It also makes a
difference if you are near or far sighted..

My glasses have a flex frame, way more comfortable under helmet and no chance of breaking or bending.
